Staff & Trustees

The Whitley Bay Hub has a very small staff team, each covering a multitude of roles within the organisation. You will find us running about the place, providing advice,  supporting groups, trying to find equipment, fixing and cleaning things. During opening hours you can usually find a member of staff behind the counter in the cafe or in the office on the top floor probably answering emails or trying to write this website. We are generally a friendly and approachable bunch who are happy to meet you, show you round or provide support, advice and guidance on a range of subjects.

We rely on our ever-dependable board of trustees, who support, advise and provide strategic direction to the organisation and ensure that we deliver our charitable objects

As is common in the voluntary sector, we frequently need to renew and refresh our trustee board and are currently on the look out for people with a passion to support Whitley Bay. We are particularly looking for people who live in the Whitley Bay Town Centre area, identified on the map below.
